All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Have very good communication and some of staff can even speak different languages and given the good advice if you have any questions. Thanks
One of the most pleasant experience I had so far with BUPA! Very efficient, and everything went smoothly. All the staff were friendly and welcoming - from the people at the front desk, receptionist, doctors etc. Will definitely be selecting the city branch from now on.
