Service was done timely by highly professional staff but getting a parking was a tog of war. The drive was also long for us as it's about 4hrs from where we live. The road is very rough going from Mount Gambier I believe SA roads are smoother with lesser road pots than Victorian Road especially from Mount Gambier.

I had a great experience at Bupa, from reception through to the different assessments and reviews. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. I would especially like to mention Dr. Fabiola, who made the experience even more pleasant. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
We recently visited bupa for our medical doctors, nurses and staffs in clinic were amazing very supportive and helpful however bupa must need to work on front staffs training both front staffs on customer service were very rude with high attitude they must need to learn customer service skills before sitting on front desk, they treated us like we are their for free, so rude voice and high attitude.
