It took me years to go to a dentist, I broke a tooth and Paolucci Dental was given to me by a co-worker. They put me at ease and I had a root canal and I love going to the Dentist now.
I was very upset. This is the second appointment in a row where the wait was not acceptable.Alexis had a 310 appt at 350 she was still in waiting room. The appt before that one was even worse. When we got there we were told doctor was running late and the wait would be more than 1 hour. Both times I got her out of school early. For nothing! Plus it takes us 45 minutes to get there! I love this office, which is why I have been coming for 20+ years. Staff is always pleasant, listens to the patient (me), And, I have also recommended it to co-workers who have been equally happy with this office.
Every trip to Paolucci Family Dentists is a great one. They are always kind and pleasant, and they take excellent care of my teeth.
The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. I feel that I am seen quickly and am givenow the time needed to address my problems or concerns. The hygienists and dentists are always very good at communicating and making me feel comfortable.
Very satisfied with Dr. Kaufman and staff.
The service was very good at my appointment for the cleaning and exam. I would like a better idea of the crown procedure and out-of-pocket costs to me. After much deliberation, and a follow-up phone call, I was told a pre-treatment estimate would be submitted. This is very important as this could be a significant cost for me and I may have to consider other options.
I am so happy I choose this Dental practice. Everyone is professional and its very nice experience.
