Staff dont want to help you. Especially special orders staff. Useless. Told me ti loom for an item, it was in stock. Coukdnt be bothered to get off their chairs to help. May as well employ stuffed dummies. Turns out they were in stock but not on shelf. So i had to order them, then a return trip to get them. 2 hours if trips because of lazy staff...if you xan find one. Go to Syfney and see how Bunnings at Alexandria is run. That is the gold standard.
