Great range of products, friendly staff and great coffee and toastees
We were doing work on our house and made multiple visits to this bunnings store in the 1st week of August This bunnings is the only store I have ever visited where the staff said hello whilst in the aisles and asked if we needed assistance. Staff very knowledgeable and gave great advice, 2 staff members remembered us from previous visits and asked us how we went with our purchases we made.
Just wanted to shout out Patrick in the Bunnings Batemans Bay paint shop. We needed one last tin of Dulux renovator range to finish our bathroom but they were sold out. Patrick went to the effort of contacting the Ulladulla shop and organising a staff member who lived close to that shop to grab it and bring it in the following day to save use the hour drive. Thank you Patrick, exceptional customer service and went above and beyond!
