Bünda (with an umlaut) means “butt, bottom, booty” in Brazilian Portuguese perfectly fitting for this stairmaster and weight training studio. I’ve been attending group classes twice a week for about five months and started seeing results after roughly three months. My glutes became rounder and I feel stronger. Had my first class today and i had the absolute best time! This checked all of my boxes and exceeded my expectations- walking in the vibe is fun, the studio is clean and you’re greeted with kindness and enthusiasm! Kota set me up and he was such a knowledgeable, friendly and sweet individual! I have just completed my 100th class here, and it remains an exceptional experience. I have never felt more fit, healthy, and have developed a stronger core.
