I’ve tried a lot of LA gyms and Bunda Arts District exceeded all my expectations. 1. Coaches: Every single one is 10/10. They are passionate about form and take the time to educate the class. My wife started working out in here a couple of weeks ago; she doesn’t feel appreciated as a customer, however she is enjoying the butt & leg trainings. As someone who struggles with PCOS and consistency. BUNDA has been a life changer. Their emphasis on strength training has made a huge difference on my body in less than a couple of months. I feel stronger, and more toned. I'm finally loosing weight.
Best Bunda I’ve been to!! The trainers are great and really focused on correcting your form. The facilities are so clean and they give you cold eucalyptus towels at the end of class. Take Michael’s class if you can!
