My overall experience with Bumpus Collierville has been execellent from the start! It began with Matt in sales, along with Kris, then Jen in the finance office. All very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The parts team of Dillon, Colby, and Trevor, were very helpful on assisting with accessories, and Keith and Tony in service were awesome getting me fitted for my bike. Got my bike a year ago but they still act like family anytime we go in there. Bumpus Collierville let my whole family and friends in before they opened to unvail my surprise bike on my birthday! Want a bike, get it here because they know their stuff!
would not own another one of them . got an indian . twice the bike as a harley. harleys are a piece of crap
