Went to another dealer. Started off sying my trade too upside down then said I could trade but it would cost me dearly. I got fed up and went to Collierville. Had been eyeballing a bike but it sold just as I got there but Jeff walked in and said he could get the one I wanted but it take a week. Jeff delivered as he said he would. That was 2 years ago and no way I would buy from another dealership regardless of price
