Great staff and customer service. My husband chose upgrades that caused us to be there for four hours. I must note that they have very comfortable couches in one waiting hour that I took about a three hour nap on!
What a great experience! We were treated as family and very well taken care of. I would like to give a high five to Chris and Matt for all of their help...you guys Rock� and totally went out of your way to get us our bike! We are lovin our new 2017 Harley Street Rod!!! Matt Tanner our hookup guy treated us as if we had been friends forever! Novices to Harley he answered all our questions...he was up front and honest! From parts, Trevor and Colby gave great insight. Ragan assisted with apparel...gotta love some free t-shirts! Then Tony in the shop, don't plan on needing him much unless it's an upgrade! Now we are family and proud to be! We were treated well!! Oh not to leave out Chris always friendly alway nice! Thank you Bumpus Harley!!
