They are very welcoming and friendly to you in all areas: on the phone, the waiting room, and all staff that we interacted with while on our visit. They gave us detailed information about my son and answered any questions that we had asked. It was a very beneficial visit and we would go back there if needed.
I was in and out pretty quickly. Staff is always helpful and pleasant.
As soon as we got to the door, a representative open the door for us and greeted us immediately. The staff is so nice and make you feel at home. They were very professional and courteous. The doctors take the time to explain to you what is wrong with your child and you don't feel rushed like most facilities. I would highly recommend Bumps and Brusies to all my friends.
