I just moved into a new house and my parents made sure to ask for Alex Guerrero as my technician. Very glad he is because he does a very thorough job and is super friendly. He takes the time and talks to me to see if I have seen any bugs around and if so what types. Top notch with Alex.
Very professional in person and over the phone. Had an issue when i tried to pay though my bank (put a wrong account number on the payment) but they helped me work it out with no extra charges or problems. Most of the exterminators who came out to srvice the house did adequate jobs. I have had only two who went above and beyond. Today Kana came and did a great job.
