Always great customer service and today was no different. ************** was ***********************. He sent us a text to let us know he was on the way and when he would be there. We couldnt be home today but he still communicated with us what he found and how he treated the problem. Very happy with our service. Thank you ****!
****** was thorough but Bulwark was back ordered on granules. I was disappointed, but ****** said he would note this and maybe contact me if they came in.

Even the people who answer the phones are friendly which I greatly appreciate.
