Lawrence Serna is our regular technician and he is always very polite and conscientious when he treats our property and interior of the house. He always asks questions to get an idea of any trouble spots we’ve noticed since the last treatment. We love using Bulwark.
The product is safe which is important to me. Management there is also responsive and caring. My service professional, Hugh is also very communicative and helpful. I have been a customer for over a decade.
Jeremiah has been servicing our house for many years and we recently purchased a second house. He came over right away to check a concern we had when we spotted dead bugs in the vent above the stove, that we were replacing. He is an excellent professional who is always willing to check/do anything we ask him to and shows so much respect and appreciation to us as Bulwark customers. I would highly recommend Jeremiah to any new or existing customer and Bulwark is the best service for pest control!!
Bulwark does a great job of scheduling, communicating, and following up with my appointments. Reuben is my technician, and he does a very thorough job of applying pest control products around the exterior of our home. He's worked with me to address a rat problem in the backyard. I know that if I see a problem between visits, I can call Bulwark, and they will respond promptly.
