I used this company a few years ago when I noticed termite tracks in my detached garage. They came for a follow up treatment the following year. The guy was there no more than 10 minutes and charged me $240! There is no granule or spray on Earth worth that. I decided it was a rip-off. I never had them back. They sent a notice saying it was time again for treatment and I threw it in the trash. Now they will not leave me alone saying I owe them $240 for a treatment in July that never happened! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic communication on arrival time and day through email and text regarding appointment. Always on time, inquire about any concerns each visit, careful to close gates and doors on property. Tech always sends text with photo job complete.
