I used this company because I started to have a German ***** problem at my house. They came and serviced my house twice a month for a few months and were billing my credit card more than they should have, luckily I caught and called them, they claimed it was just a mistake but it just seemed shady to me. Also, the fact they they only came twice a month and put blame on me for not calling them more often to come out to get service. Bulwark exterminating is always great! The schedulers are friendly and always send out reminders and accommodate special requests. My service person today ********************* was prompt and thorough and sent me a follow-up message about what he had done and I appreciated that. They've always had every kind of treatment that I need for my house and the price is reasonable especially because it's quality work.
