Rosie I have been a customer with Bulwark for almost 6 yrs. My tech for the last couple of years has been Ed Sakugawa. Although I was never unhappy with any of the previous techs, my experience with Ed is that he is very knowledgeable, professional, has a great work ethic, and on top of all that he is such a nice guy! He has been the best tech from Bulwark .
