Ed Sakugawa Ed has been our technician for awhile now and he is very kind, considerate and courteous. We have had other technicians before him who weren't as personable. We actually referred our daughter and son in law to him, and they also use his services.He is an excellent worker; always asks us what needs to be attended to as far as our needs are. Bulwark has Excellent Service Finau Ngata and John Bara were our initial technicians from Bulwark and they were very courteous and professional. So far I am very satisfied with the service. We still have activity, but Bulwark offered a respray at no charge which leans toward excellent customer service. I will tell all of my friends and family about the good experience thus far - this is rare in today's business environment
Bulwark - Ed Sakugawa Have used Bulwark for several years, Ed Sakugawa has been our technician from day one. He is the best. Ed is efficient, nice, polite. When I found a scorpion in the house Ed was here in a matter of hours. Not only did he spray inside and out, he explained where they live and the reason one was in the house.
Eric Burch is Great! Eric Burch is always great! He is so friendly and is always right on time. We will stay with Bulwark because we have no pest control problems and if something does get in, they always come right out and take care of it.
Great Job Jon Bara We've had Bulwark for about 2 years and have always had good service. This month we had Jon Bara and WOW what a differance in service very personable, he got right to the job and showe me what problems he saw and let me know what to look for with the hanging of the weather.
