Bulwark Exterminating - Raleigh was scheduled to come to my house to treat for fire ants inside and outside yesterday. They did not show. They sent a sales rep over to tell me, 2.5 hours after the scheduled time that they would be here today instead. They did not arrive when they said, and 45 min later, I had to go. I contacted the company and told them not to bother, but they showed up when I was gone (a full two hours after the rescheduled time) and charged the card I used to schedule the appointment the full price.
