My technician was Tierra M. What a delightful person to work with! Prompt, courteous, helpful, showed me the areas that need to be treated, neatly dressed in her uniform. I would like her scheduled as often as possible to take care of our property!
My service tech , John, was wonderful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Recommended a treatment I hadn't considered (no additional cost to me) and offered to come back for a follow up (again, no additional cost). Star employees like him and the great products Bulwark offers, keep me coming back.
This was the first time we have ever used an exterminator and I wasn't expecting our tech David Woollen to be as nice as he was. He was a pleasure to work with and offered me tips for other pests that aren't usually sprayed for. He was great with our dog and he even made sure he shut the gate to the back yard without me asking him to do so, and that's very important to me having a dog. Thank you David and Bulwark for the pleasant experience.
This is the first time we have used this company and was throughly impressed. Rich Wood was extremely helpful and sprayed the windows and around the pipes, something our previous company never offered. Rich was very cooperative and professional.
This has been my second time in need of exterminating services and the first company I went with was all around a disappointment so this time I was a little apprehensive to spend more money on what could once again be a waste of time.
