I have had a bit of an ongoing pest problem after moving into an older, fixer upper. Bulwark has been great about working with us until the problem is resolved. They have happily come our whenever I call. My tech today was Mario Pham. He showed up on time, was polite and friendly, and I felt he was very thorough.
They are reliable and friendly! Today I had an appt between 8-10am. I was so thankful when the friendly tech Mario Pham showed up at 8 sharp. He was polite, answered all my questions, and got the job done quickly. Thanks!!
I purchased a one-time pest control treatment through an Angie's List Big Deal. Within 5 minutes, Jeff from Bulwark called and tried to sell me a long-term contract, which was off-putting. Then they didn't show up for the appointment. Apparently there was some unusual conflict and my time had been changed without my knowledge. Despite this rocky start, Mario from Bulwark showed up this morning on time, explained the process again, got to work, and was very polite throughout. As far as results, time will tell.
Mario Pham was my technician today and did an excellent job. He even took some cobwebs down after he sprayed them. Bulwark does an excellent job everytime and would recommend them everytime and to everyone.
