We were able to walk in and make glass snowflakes for our girls weekend. So much to take in. Awesome glass studio. Staff is very friendly and shared knowledge on the artists and other projects we could come back for. Could see this becoming a tradition. Great way to have a keepsake and make together. Relaxing like playing with sand or coloring. Quick turn around next day with finished product and they ship for out of town projects.
I had the absolute most amazing experience on Wednesday. I traveled from Michigan to visit, and with the help of Sarah, I ordered a pallet of glass to be shipped back as well as a few other items. I spent the better part of 5 or 6 hours at your store, and all of your staff was magnificently friendly, they even let me use a glass for drinking water. I recently received a package from Bullseye, Via UPS, which arrived empty. Although well sealed appropriately taped, the box was empty. I photographed the box and sent a picture to the service department. They did some research and said the box was full when it shipped. This is a mystery. With a little more conversation with Susan, their service rep(Who was extremely courteous and helpful) We managed to get it straightened out. Another box of glasse is on its way.
