RecommendedTook my 2014 M5 in for oil service. Mikayla (hope I spelled her name right) was a complete sweetheart from the moment I called in to the moment I left. I spoke with another gentlemen which I forgot his name (sorry). He was extremely helpful with his recommendations on my car and it’s services. Price for the oil service was very fair and they got the job done in a timely manner. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending all my friends who drive BMWs here. 5 STARS.
They are awesome. They saved me from having to get my car towed today. They have a deal with Enterprise: I got a better rental car at a much better price. They even drove me to Enterprise and I can leave the rental with Bullet when my car is fixed.
2 years ago when the bumper-to-bumper warranty ran out on my 2011 5 series, I️ took it here to be serviced. My plan was to sell the car, because of the high maintenance dealer cost. Thanks to Bullet, I️’ve been able to keep this great car!!! Thank you, you guys are amazing, honest, polite...and handsome (weird but true) �
What can I say if I give Bullet Perfomance 5 stars. I needed someone to work on my 2008 335i since the dealer wouldn't. I researched shops and Bullet Perfomance stood out so I decided to call them. What a great shop! Took my BMW in for a Dinan install. Terry was awesome, and got it done in the time promised, at a very reasonable charge. The staff was professional and courteous and I could not have been happier! Its 50 minutes away from me, but I will continue to use them for service whenever possible. Thanks guys, the 5 runs beautifully!
