I took my *** to Bulldog Kia in Athens with a fender liner loose. I was told that I needed a whole new part that needed to be ordered. This fender liner came loose as I was driving which was a concern since I did not hit anything or run over anything. They did a "patch" job, and I was told that would hold the liner in place until I ordered the part. I drove 8 miles home and when I got there the fender liner was hanging and hitting my back wheel. On March 2 of this year I bought a 2024 Kia ******** after making the agreement we came to the conclusion that I had to make an initial payment of $3915, I paid that amount of money using my credit card on March 4 the next day and to this day staff from that agency have been harassing me to change the payment method Or else they return the car, and supposedly they will make me sign a document canceling the financing contract.
Bulldog Kia of Athens **, has the worst customer service. There was an issue with the phone line when I made my appointment. The phone cut out and I didnt know it. So when she gave me the price you can hear it on the play back that it cut off and she said $54.99. The manager called me back and trying to over talk me about what I heard on my end. Bought a **** K5 from Bulldog Kia. The lane assist pulled me into the curb. The whole front axle, tie rod steering column and bracket needed to be replaced. Over $5000 in damages they gave the car back to me said it was fixed. The steering wheel sat crooked and it pulled to the right bad. Took it back in and they tried an alignment twice. Said that they missed a bracket that needed to be replaced. Had to reopen insurance claim to cover this work. Brought it in they replaced the bracket and said it was fixed. in early 2023 put in the 3rd motor in my car/damaged my windshield washers. i contacted them and wanted to charge me $100 for a diagnostic fee then more $ to fix them. when I originally purchased my 2015 Sorento, I originally got only 1 key. they added on this "package deal" for $895. had to pay 85 to program my new key that i had to purchase separately.
I purchased a 2022 Kia ***** from Bulldog Kia in November 2021 and it is now April 2022 and the tire on my car has a bubble on the side. I do not feel like this should have happened and that it is a manufacturers defect.
I purchased a used 2015 sorento w XXXXX miles.Motor blew after 7000 miles. Told me i failed to change oil in it which i did. Refused to help fix it for less than $10000. And charged me at purchase $900 for add ons.....which i did not have.

Good Afternoon, the customer came in to purchase a vehicle from Bulldog Kia in February of 2018. Customer did not purchase an extended warranty for her vehicle at the time of purchase, the vehicle was too far over the mileage to be considered a CPO, and the vehicle was also over mileage for the standard warranty. Bulldog Kia did offer a 90 day warranty, as we offer these with all used purchases. Unskilled and inept service department. Brought my brand new Stinger in for service. The "new guy" tech rotated the tires incorrectly, used the wrong oil, over filled the oil, used dirty oil, and didn't even fix the sensor issue that I was having. This service department is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM if you care about your car. I will not be returning.
