Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Communication I recently had a terrible experience at Bulldog Kia. I purchased four new tires from them, and while they were installed correctly, things quickly went downhill from there. After the installation, I was told they couldn’t balance the tires because their lift was broken. I was assured they’d follow up the next week once it was fixed, so I made an appointment.
