The Manassas office has very poor customer service. I've been back and forth with them for 2 WEEKS trying to get a prescription filled. Each time I called they promised to call me bak to follow up. They never returned my calls; I had to call them back each time. Dr. Mahavadi prescribed a medication that was not authorized by my insurance company. My insurance company asked that they provide some information and they would authorize it; that never happened. The doctor ended up recommending an over the counter medication. Not ... read more
Very patient!! Nice and not pushy! Except for the bob hair cut lady who is rude! Ugh but the other two ladies are lovely, I can't complain!
