Tried the straight bourbon today and it's fantastic. So smooth! My wife picked up a bottle at the cedar mill Farmers Market. I'm enjoying it right now with a stogie and life is good.
After taste testing, the American Whiskey is my favorite! I just wish we had it down here in Louisiana!
Just opened a bottle of Oregon Single Malt that I purchased on my last visit to Portland. Great smooth whisky. I highly recommend it.
Wow, stopped by today and was blown away by their Oregon Single Malt Whiskey! It's completely Oregon, from the barley (from the Klamath Basin) to the new charred oak barrels (Oregon Oak). This whiskey is very similar to a scotch, but has characteristics of bourbon as well. I implore you to go try it! I need to schedule a tour there now!
