Great whiskey tasting experience!
Mason was an excellent host. He explained the malt bill and methods behind each. He also talked me though tasting notes, like when I mistook a peat note for what was likely a roasted dark chocolate note.

It was a great stop along the distillery passport tour that had me want to stay there and take in all that the company puts into their product. I’m happy I made it part of my tour.
Huge fan of the American Whiskey, and now am in love with the Chinato Barrel Finished Bourbon and the 10 yo Whiskey aged in Pinot barrels. It’s all good!! Ryan is fantastic. Funny, knowledgeable and charming. Great place, great peeps, great booze!
One of my Portland favorites, and I love how involved they get with the community. 10/10 would recommend!
Good folks, good booze. I love their exploration In barrel finishing. As a fellow distiller, i always learn something when I stop in. And usually walk away with a bottle of something interesting.
Great products and great people! My favorite is the Oregon Single Malt Whiskey and the Barrel Strength Bourbon!
