Went Sunday with six friends, five of us ordered the Cowboy Burger, one medium rare, one well done and the rest medium. They all came out well done except one which was burned. If they can't cook burgers correctly, how do they cook steaks? One person ordered fries and got mashed potatoes. Terrible! Nothing special!

Under staffed waiter tried hard but needed help. Steak was ordered medium cam well done. Fries were old and cold. Very disappointed, one good thing was the appetizer

My husband took me here tonight for our anniversary dinner (1st time and last) we waited about 40 minutes to be seated understandable. We ordered wait almost 50 minutes for our food. I ordered prime rib and my husband the walleye. My prime was cold as well as my mashed potatoes and my husband's walleye was burnt. Upon ordering the waitress asked if I want the shrimp with my prime I said sure, I was charged an additional $6 for 3 shrimp! I commented last night on the Customer Watchdog page about the outstanding dinner we had last night in your steak house and just felt I should share with you our experience. Our server (Stephanie I think) was more of a sales person than server. She was outstanding gave great suggestions and upsold us on everything. The food was outstanding and they took great care of us.
