I am a college student who was hosted by a family of my friend in Oregon. I was leaving for my summer job in Yellowstone in a few days and I felt that there was something wrong with a tooth in the back of my mouth and I would need a filling. They schedualed me in, and made accomodations to my situation(father deployed, not all insurance information available, leaving in a couple of days).
