I do not recommend. I would have given a zero star if I could. Dr. Bukzin is the worst. he started screaming at me in the middle of a procedure just because I was in pain and I screamed. He has the worst possible bedside manner. I can not articulate enough how bad of a behavior he had towards me. If he told me nicely, it would have been something. Staff was great, but witnessed him berate and being very disrespectful to staff members
Dr. Bukzin spent time explaining the procedure to me and was kind & gracious.
Dr. Bukzin and his staff were amazing! I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out and he walked me through everything and was very empathetic and caring. I knew I could trust him. I would highly recommend him! I also want to say that one of the nurses named Addie was incredible, she stayed with me the entire time and made me feel so safe (through my tears of nervousness before I was about to go under). She even wheeled me out to the car when it was all over. They went above and beyond!
This was my very first time having oral surgery. The staff was AMAZING!!!!!!! They all went above and beyond to make sure that I felt safe and comfortable. They walk me through each process step by step. After coming home Dr. Bukzin called me to even see how I was feeling that really made my day. I will referred everyone here. This place represents true WOW services.
I was confronted with a very painful, unexpected condition involving a split molar and significant infection. Dr. Bukzin took me in as a patient quickly and smoothly and I felt very confident as to the procedures that would follow and the recovery process. Granted there's no way to sugar-coat the procedures necessary to do some implants, but Dr. Bukzin and his staff were professional, as gentle as possible, and exhibited a consistent and thoroughly superior bedside manner. Highly Recommended.
If I could give Dr. Bukzin and his staff more than 5 stars, I would! My 3 year old is the one that needed his services. Within the first moments of our consult, the doctor put my mind at ease. He explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. I left knowing that we had selected the right doctor for our precious little man. The day of the procedure, the doctor and his entire staff were wonderful with my son and with us and kept us informed throught the entire process.
I couldnt have asked for a better experience in all aspects. I highly recommend Dr. Bukzin
If u don't have the cash don't call him. Doesn't matter about insurance. He will add in stuff the insurance doesn't cover. when they find that out u go to the bottom of the list. They won't call u back.
