The best doctor I have ever experienced. Dr. Bukont cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable, experienced and has saved my life. Both my wife and I are more than satisfied with her incredible skills. Her assistant Norma is incredible with communication and is also very knowledgable. You will not find a better team anywhere.
First of all I hate how every time you want to contact the doctor you have to go through the process of calling the generic # for everyone in the entire Arroyo Oaks building and getting transferred multiple times. I also was billed for part of a routine annual physical because apparently they found a problem with my results and never even told me. This is unacceptable to treat a patient this way. Love this doctor. I have seen Dr. Bukont for several conditions over the years and she has taken the time to develop a clear plan of care and treatments which focus specifically on the condition. Her skill-set as a physician is extremely high. Great doctor!!
Dr. Bukont was efficient and personable and easy to talk with. It was my first appointment, as well as my husband. Dr. and her nurse, Norma work effortlessly together; great team. Look forward to a great relationship of care with them.
I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Bukont. She really listens & comes up with solutions when other doctors could not. As a matter of fact she has also recommended me to other excellent physicians when she felt it was necessary. She is truly an excellent doctor & I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know. She has been the one doctor who has helped improve my health-life!!!
