Absolute professional. Resolute.....! Val lets you, the customer, allow you to make the decisions on what you want and how you want it. Our last roofing experience was terrible to say the least. The supervisor did not even come to our property to supervise the work that was being done on our house. It took ALL day from sun-up to sun-down. The vents were painted black to save money and were only changed after I repeatedly called the roofer. Built To Last Roofing did a great job on my home. I live in Plano and I dealt with a young man named Robert H****. My brother referred him after they completed the work on his roof in Frisco and we couldn't be happier. We had a new roof installed a week ago. They provided me a free roofing inspection. *** has answered all my questions with detailed explanations. I searched yelp to get estimates for putting a new roof on my house. Not only "Built to last roofing" was competitive, but they were professional , clean, arrived early and stayed late, finished their work ahead of schedule. They kept me fully informed on the process and had me inspect the job while in process to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again. If I could give them a 6th star I would!!!
