RecommendedAbsolutely amazing people. Went in for a suspected transmission leak but discovered it was something less of an issue. Staff was very helpful and nice. This shop is now my local repair shop!
my driver burnt up breaks to make a long story short they sent me an estimate of $7800 I felt something wasn't right so I had my truck towed to freightliner in Farmington NM when they inspected truck they found outvi didn't need all of what they said my bill at freightliner is $947 including parts and labor built to last has no integrity I'm starting a class action law suit against them u can contact my lawyers at 3105674935 if u been wrong by built to last.
They had my vehicle for almost 2 months(whole summer), they said they couldn’t get to replicate the issue (which was fuel injectors) they say it could be the fuel pump filter(then they charge me $513 for the service and cleaning. While it was sitting in there lot, the police ran the plates( know because I was with an officer when we heard it on the radio) so they run vehicles plates there just fyi, then once I get the vehicle back I replicate the issue within my first drive u… See more
What Outstanding, quality service. You are not just a customer, you are treated like family. I brought my truck in to get the brakes replaced. Because of the thoroughness and attention to their quality of work, the tech found other things that needed to be done that had been overlooked. Traveling solo with pets from Denver to Durango when the Sprinter went into limp mode sent me into a panic! Most all services were booked, including Built to Last. Yet, Rachel and the staff worked on my behalf to get me in the schedule and my RV repaired in no time! Super helpful, efficient, and overall great people to work with! And, I made it home safely. BIG thanks to all! Highly recommended.
