l’ve had a great experience with the team( Dipak Patel, Niral and Sahil) at Build Q so far. They’ve been very helpful in addressing my build requests and patiently answering all my queries. Their communication has been clear and supportive, which has made the planning process smooth and reassuring. Although I haven’t started the actual building yet, I am happy with how things have progressed to this point. I will be sure to share another review once the build is complete.
Built our house during covid and it was handed over in time. Recently We had some maintenance issues, which got fixed by BuildQ team very quickly. Genuine builder and great after handover service.
BuildQ is a great company. They are very professional and did not charge extra as builders were charging during Covid19. Their staff we dealt with, is also very customer orientated. Post handover service is also great. Supervisor Ghanshayam Parmar has been addressing any issues we have, at its earliest. Update 17/08/2025 after 2.5 years of handover, we had general maintance issues. just had to make a call to builder Mr Varun Gupta and all the issues were looked after swiftly. again great service.
