Mike was extremely professional yet very personal. Enjoyed walking through our new house and discussing issues with Mike. His background is invaluable!! He shared his knowledge of years of inspections and gave me great advice on renovations moving forward. Highly recommend him for your home inspection.
Mike did a great job. I really felt he was professional, thorough and was able to work me into his schedule. We felt like the report accurately reflected the condition of the house we were buying and provided us with peace of mind.
When I buy a house it is so exciting but the really important stuff are the things a great home inspector finds. Things you might not see or notice but that would definitely affect how much you enjoy the home. Mike with Building Inspectors of Georgia is the guy you want crawling through the crawlspace and attic and testing everything in the home. So anything a seller might have hoped would stay hidden comes to light. Great work at a fair price!
