I had an apartment and common area inspection done on a potential purchase recently. Including the common areas wasn't cheap however it turned up systemic issues within the building basement and I'm very thankful for Jarratt's extensively detailed report. There were 300 photos of this main issue which goes to show the level of reporting Jarratt does. Thank you!
