Jarratt is worth every dollar, you get what you pay for. He will advocate for you when issues arise and very clearly understands his field of expertise. He is detail oriented; nothing is missed. What would have otherwise been a powerless situation we felt empowered with him as our inspector. Knows the standards like the back of his hand and is not intimidated by defensive builders. I will be continuing to use Jarratt through out my build and any future builds.
Jarratt is a one-man army and has an amazing approach when conducting a building inspection report. When the day of the inspection came around, we had run into some issues with the property, but Jarratt handled everything very smoothly and effectively. The only issue I had with the overall experience was the price. I understand the level of detail and depth a building inspection requires, but it was quite high.
