Cute that this "non profit" promotes affordable housing while bullying small cities through legal means as a way to help maximize builder profits. Minneapolis was the biggest offender for fee overages yet this group goes after Corcoran and dayton because they're small enough to harass without much blow back. This isn't non profit work, nor does this org care about making housing affordable. It should be called builders first. This is profiteering and gainful lobbying at its finest.
