Do not do even entertain the idea of doing business with this company! Not only is the service absolutely terrible but they lock you into a 5-year contract, which they send via docusign for electronic signature, without ever verbally disclosing anything about the 5 year term or the 80% due for early termination. Takes months & a ridiculous amount of outbound phone calls to remedy any issue with the system...which with this company & their installers/equipment is plentiful! Do not do business with this company. They have 3 year contracts and if you have to move they charge 80% of the remaining contract plus tax. They only cover a small area so if you move, you are out of luck. Better to go with a larger company that covers more area.

Dependable technology updated and control everything from your I phone. I had Montronics and had problems with service parts and billing issues in ending their contract. They are local and check on their service periodically . They also have video surround system and monitoring services.
