I had a very pleasant experience getting my patio speakers installed. Isak helped with the initial assessments and was very professional. Tim and Aaron helped with the installation and they did a really neat job. Tim knows his stuff and had recommendations on how to setup the audio for our room. He also suggested optimal ways to improve network connectivity in the entire house. I’m sure to go back to BSG and get more stuff done in the near future!
Estephan and RJ were great. They installed 2 smart thermostats and fixed garage door on the app.
I don't post often, but I have to say that I had a great experience with Builder Systems Group. I contacted BSG to purchase speakers and have them installed, as well as for calibration of my new receiver. Christopher Hall assisted me with the purchase and setting up the delivery, installation and calibration. Chris did a great job. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accessible. We had our Builder Security Group system installed in our new home 1 months ago. Willie Pacheco came out to meet with me, discuss options, and explain how their company works. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Steven Coy came out a day or two later to install our system and did a great job. Steven Coy set up our security system for our new home , a year and a half ago. He did an amazing job and both my husband and I appreciate his kindness, patience and professionalism. Steve has always been available (answers his own phone!!!!) available and on spot with any repair need. Steven really does a wonderful job and takes ownership of his work. BSG is lucky to have him to take care of business.
