UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED COMPANY!!! I contacted Builders Specialties to replace one of my garage doors and it’s been a total nightmare!!!!!! First, I had to keep calling them for weeks to see when they would be installing the door only to find they completely forgot to even order it!! The employees/associates are like family there. Most of them have worked together for umpteen years. It was Residential Construction Specialties (RCS) before Builder's Specialties. I love the service they give and treat the customers as they are family also.

We bought a #kitchenaid refrigerator from BSI when we bought our new house. It turned out to be a lemon and a complete nightmare to get repaired. Once BSI learned of this, they replaced our refrigerator within two days. Thank you BSI!!
