I felt welcome and valued at the dealership. This dealership was the first to respond in the bay area to mu internet request on a Buick Regal. Paul Pappas the internet sales director was extremely helpful in sending a picture and detail on the Regal they had available that was loaded with all of the features I wanted to have. I love this dealership and my new car! I just bought a 2011 GMC Terrain from this dealership and I love it! I shopped around and found the best deal here and the salesmen were very knowledgeable and never pressured me to buy anything. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
They treated me well The service guys are great. The technician went on a test drive with me because their was a noise coming from my steering wheel. He had the problem fixed in half an hour. The receptionist Robin was very pleasant same as the rest of employees. It is a great dealership for a woman to have service done.
