We keep this rating 4 stars for the dedication and care Dr. Trinh Bui given my child since she was at birth. We appreciate it doctor. However we've experienced very unpleasant situation today that's why i am writing this review to let Dr. Trinh know. My daughter has an appointment today at 11:20AM. We live about 12 miles in a crowed city so it took us for awhile going through heavy traffic to get there. For that, we were late about 10 minutes. I left here after a year. They misdiagnosed my son and I had to go to the emergency room twice. There is always a long wait which is understandable but in a way absurd because too much time is spend with each patient maybe close to 30 mins. Dr Bui can come off as really rude and arrogant. I am a first time mother and she said rude comments to me as If I was supposed to know everything as a mother. This one star is for her.
