I called to request a quote. The lady on the phone gave me a quote (I guess they don't look at the house before giving quotes). I explained that I needed a physical quote for business purposes. The lady stated that if I texted a certain number with my email address she would email me the quote. I sent my email address and I still haven't received the quote. I called about 2 weeks ago.
