At this casual Coral Gables eatery, pasta is the main attraction. Homemade and delicious, it comes in over a dozen classic and not-so-classic preparations. Most of them are creamy, savory, and sinfully fattening, especially for body-conscious south Florida. Dishes include Penne Salmone (penne pasta in salmon cream sauce), Linguine Bugatti (ham and mushroom cream sauce), and Lobster Stuffed Ravioli. Several different pizzas are also on the menu.

Top Pasta – This is a squizoid restaurant. The food is superb, particularly the fresh pasta dishes, bread, soups, and salads. A decent wine list, and very strong Italian coffee. In 20 years +, I've never had a bad meal here. Now for the other side...the owners give Germany or Austria or whatever part of Switzerland they're from a bad name. exceeded expectations! – A bit afraid after reading reviews, decided to go with another couple after my wife insisted. surprisinly good service, our waiter was very cordial, formal, helpful, and attentive. we ordered the only amarone in an all italian wine list and the wine was superb. the beef carpaccio was decent, but the spagetti with gamberri in tomato sauce was excellent, so were the other dishes. The prices were modest and an overall good experience. Will go back
HORRIFIC, ADVERSARIAL SERVICE!!! – I ate at Bugatti several times over ten years ago. Back then the service was so over-the-top terrible that I totally boycotted the place. I mean it. Good Pasta – Okay, I'm trying not to laugh too hard as I write this review. The 2 reviews before mine (mentioning the weird waitress) are so true!!! Trust me, no one could make this stuff up! I too have met the wacky waitress and have seen her reactions to normal food requests. It's so funny! My theory is she must be related to someone... However, the food at Bugatti is great! HORRIFIC! with a capital "H" – ok....lets begin. So I go to order my pasta (b/c this is an ITALIAN restaurant) and i asked the WEIRD waitress to please give it to me with pink sauce (a common request among italian restaurants,you would think). After her strange physical reaction to my order she said "NO!, we don't have that I can bring you a side dish of tomato sauce and you can mix it on your own...and with an additional charge of $3.50. Will never return! – Not a good experience. The waitress was stiff and over all strange in regards to her behavior. I ordered salmon as the main dish and what I received was a piece of salmon with some Bibb lettuce. On top of that the salmon was tasteless except for some dill sauce on top of it. We enjoy dining out frequently and have been to some of the best restaurants in town and I can definitely say that I will not be returning to Bugatti.
Excellent Restaurant! I have adopted Bugatti as part of my three favorite restaurants in Miami. Being born in the gourmet capital of South America, Peru, I consider Bugatti to be on the top list! I would like to recommend it to anybody that enjoys a tranquile atmosphere, fresh, simple and delicious food and very friendly and courteus service.
Fantastic fresh pasta, exceptional service – This is one of the best pasta restaurants I have ever been to. The food is excellent, the service is wonderful, and the restaurant is clean. I had a party there a couple years back with about 15 people and the restaurant was very helpful in arranging seating. Would definitly reccomend going here.
Very Good Lasagna... – Every first Wednesday of the month they have this very delicious Lasagna thats hard to miss, it looks home made and they serve a good portion. The place is very small, but still worth going to eat Lasagna!
