Big time nope ... they did not check for bed bugs when they were reported, leading to my apartment complex dropping the contract early Bug Zapper responded 11/7 to a report of bed bugs in my apartment. They reported none to the office, and the next day I found them crawling all over my box spring. THANK YOU Bugzappers!! I HIGHLY recommend using this company. My grandmother had a huge infestation, she called another company out, they came and treated her house 4 times and still had a problem. We called Bugzappers, they got us scheduled quickly and showed up on time! I can not remember the lady’s name ( yes, a lady) that came out treated. She was extremely sweet, positive Attitude, explained everything in detail. Most importantly treated ONE time!! We haven’t seen anything since! THANK YOU!!!
