I got disappointed. They were supposed to come to treat for termites on May 18th between 3-5PM; unfortunately, no one showed up. When I called them, they said that a technician knocked my unit at 4:27 PM. And nobody answered. I specifically checked my Ring camera and discovered that no one had even rung the doorbell. See attachment below. It’s not first time when technician no showed up, same thing happened with me last year as well.

They try but remember they are in business to make money. They (in my opinion) don't use the best strongest poison available..
Do not waste your $125 on this service. They never treated my RENTAL property properly. The PROBLEM never went away and the COMPANY never came back after many CALLS.
Driver unit 621. Is unprofessional. And rude actitud whit costumers. I think company is same. Find other options. Not for your house or business friendly.
