We have been coming here once a week for the last few months and every time I'm here the service has been horrible. It took us 10 minutes for a waitress to notice us after sitting down, 20 minutes to get a beer and 45 minutes to get food. If you come here ask for Tom. He's the best server they have!! Very frustrating!!!!!
I had great service today. Everyone was polite and helpful, the food was awesome, and the server was super hot.
Tried a sample of the ghost pepper sauce. Good stuff. Made a great dip for my blazen wings
We had been waiting for a table for over 20 min. Then you call us and take another couple to our seats then you don't say anything to them. Not is it rude but it only hurts your business.
Terrible. Out of blueberry lemonade, pulled pork, and mac and cheese. Service sucked. Long wait when tables were obviously open. Food arrived cold. I'm not sure it gets worse then this....
Manager needs to show up when his presence is requested.
Ordered for lunch take out. Got back to work and realized that I didn't get the sauce that I ordered. Instead, I was bombarded with ranch and more ranch. Although the staff that greeted me was all nice and sweet, I would've rather gotten what I ordered. AND the naked tenders didn't seem as if they were fully cooked. Needless to say, I'm highly disappointed. When I called, the girl just said, "oh, I'm sorry." I couldn't go back, I was already at work. She never tried to make it right. Again, highly disappointed.
