Sat at our table for 15 minutes with no server acknowledging us. Got up, left and went to Applebee's where we got fabulous service! This place is going down hill!
Our waitress TY she did a great job, and the food tasted good but it took over 45 minutes from when we ordered our food to the time we got it which was crappy with a bored 3 n 4 year old we will go back just won't be our first choice since the wait time was to long.
Have not had issues before, but last night we sat for over an hour waiting for our food. Perhaps they were just understaffed for some reason. I can forgive one time, but can't say it was an enjoyable experience waiting that long.
I had the worst meal ever. I had the chicken wrap with crispy chicken - some of it was so overcooked I could hardly bite it. On top of that the fries weren't even warm. If I hadn't been with the people I was with I would have sent it back. Won't be eating there again for a long time.
