Trieble service took forever to even get drink oder ask 4 times for ice tea, she never bought it, had to get soda out vending machine tired waiting ask 3 0r4 times plates, silver ware, napkins.. when food came it was cold no flavor on chicken wrap small size, fries cold hard, never came back to ask if it was ok pretty $$$ for amount
Disappointing family dinner for our sons birthday. Entrees were cold, had to refill our own water. Server was unfriendly, blunt and inattentive. My son was offered a birthday ice cream and was told they are out of topping. I asked for the manager and she or he NEVER came to the table. This was my sons favorite restaurant until tonight. Birthdays will spent elsewhere.
There suppose to give away a bike for kids night didn't have the bike. False advertising. Very sad that this happend. Never going back.
The only reason there are 2 stars is due to the manager removing the cost of our food and providing us with gift certs. The waiter did not write down our orders correctly and the kitchen was extremely slow. Took 45 minutes to get orders that were actually taken after ours. It took over an hour for ours. We would have been less upset if the waiter had just owned his mistakes and not made excuses. Will prob do take out when using the certs or give them away.
Does the management team even care. After reading all of these negative comments. I'm just in disbelief. Terrible customer service.
We were just there, not really busy. We waited over 35 minutes for our food. Got fed up, and left. We will never visit this location EVER again!
It was a long wait. But the food was good. I enjoyed myself
So I arrived promptly at 5:30 to pick up our dinner since I have a husband at home with a broken ankle watching 2 children. I am told when you pick a time this is the time they "release" your order to be cooked..... so I can wait 20 minutes. Really cause you told me you looked forward to seeing me at 5:30 in the confirmation. Then I was told it's best to call... so why do you offer online ordering?? #getittogether
