When I arrived there to get my take out order I probably stood there for 5 mins while one girl was on the phone and the other was just doing something on the computer. They didn't acknowledge me at all which I thought was soo rude especially to just be standing there for 5 minutes. I got home and the mozzarella sticks I ordered I didn't get and then my parm garlic wings were so dry like the sauce was completely dried on the wings. Not impressed.
My wife and I used to get half price traditional wings every tuesday. Apparently that deal no longer exists but they didn't bother telling us that. I'm sure they know people are ordering traditional wings on Tuesdays because of the deal, the least they could do is let customers know that the deal doesn't exist anymore.
After an incident with my card Juan and buffalo wild wings Alpine! went out of his way to help resolve the situation in a professional manor!
Service was terrible. Food was so salty I couldn't eat it. My daughter asked for mild sauce and got buffalo sauce. They changed the menu and took some of the good stuff off.. I used to love going there but not anymore
It took 25 minutes to be seated when there were 8 available tables and another 3 that needed to be cleaned. The food is always good but the kitchen was really slow. Disappointed to say the least.
Terrible service. Never came back to refill drink. Daughter's food was wrong.
Early on a Friday evening - not crowded yet - but it took almost 10 minutes to get seated. Our server was friendly and gave us good, cheerful, attentive service, but it took almost 30 minutes to get our 2 orders of wings. I realize it’s a sports bar, but the music was so loud, customers had to up their volume to converse adding to the noise level. Just not my kind of place, I guess, but my husband loves their wings. �
When you order food and they take over forty minutes to get WINGS, after being there for two hours. To also have SLOW service and take at least 20 minutes for servers to check up on us or even see if we needed anything. Also over 20 minutes and multiple times to get our bill. Then, me being me I forgot my jacket and Avery went back in to get it and our server called us rude for her almost making us miss our movie- because I am assuming she forgot multiple times to put our order in.
