took over an hour to get our food. the waitress was no where to be seen. they served our food without napkins, had to flag someone down and then wait. same with silverware. table next to us was drinking and very loud with yelling and cussing. asked for 4 boxes with dipping sauce lids and received 2 boxes no lids. wait. it should never take almost 2 hours to eat wings!
