The wings were overcooked not moist at all and I now remember why I stopped going there a couple of years not enough dipping sauce and charge extra for more
I know it was a Friday night and busy but waiting 35 minutes for mac and cheese and a small order of wings is ridiculous. Between taking our order and bringing our food our server never stopped by our table once. Everything came out and looked like it had been sitting for 20 minutes. Taste like it too. We use to love this place. The service use to be second to none. Now I don't recognize a single server. Oh well. I guess we may have to find a new spot for wings. Sad.
We visit frequently. We know what we want when we sit down and place our order all at once. Amber was quick to get our drinks out quickly and the wings made it about 15 minutes later but it was half off wing night! You have to expect a longer wait! Will go back again!
Excellent quality. Our server Cynthia was outstanding.
Firstly they sat us in the very back corner so that may be why we were ignored for most of our meal. The waiter was new I believe and had no idea what he was doing. He took our drink orders and then left. We didn't get our drinks for 10 minutes then he didn't take our order for another 10 minutes after that. The food didn't come out for another 45 minutes and the order was wrong. They gave my boyfriend the snack size when he ordered the small and didn't give us the basket of cheese curds. Our server was great so I hate to give a bad review but our experience this time was not that good. First they were super busy and forgot to bring one of our appetizers but no big deal they removed it from the bill. The second problem we had was one of the busboys tipped a tray of sauces over and it flew every where. It got all in my hair, back of my shirt, back of my pants, all over my purse and inside my baby's carrier. My food did not come as described. It was way too spicy for me. I was not offered another dish or an alternative. I sat and watched while my family finished eating and went home and made myself a sandwich. There was no apology offered by the waiter and the manager was not called. My family and I would never come back.
There's nothing good about this place! I remember a time when Buffalo wild wings had the best. But now they over cook the wings so badly it's like eating skin off of a turkey on Thanksgiving. I have tried just about everything on the menu and have never received anything fresh or hot. I can't recall the last time I enjoyed anything I ever had there.
