Fresh Veggies on a dry no sauce burger and cold fries served in a paper box that’s always cracked open ...I sure thought after years they would’ve gotten better Pissed again!

RecommendedWent in to watch the Packer game and was greeted very promptly. Our server Erica was absolutely amazing!!! Very informative, super friendly, and was all around a great waitress! I’m literally writing this review just for her. Food was good but you will always remember great waitstaff and she is it!!! Thank you again Erica!
Unprofessional and unapologetic for making customers wait nearly 2 hours for orders. Servers eating in the kitchen area and goofing off. I would never eat here again this isn’t the first time I had an extreme wait time

This BWs had a serious problem with their ventilation the day we visited and reeked of a grease smell. Waitress, although sweet, forgot half our order and seemed a little overwhelmed, even though it was the middle of a Wednesday afternoon. Chicken strips were way overcooked and the wings just had the Dessert Heat seasoning dumped on them, no mixing. Sorry to see and say it but I think BWs in general are going down hill.

Hello I came in tonight to your water Street location and I ordered a small spicy garlic wings with celery and carrot sticks on the side. I was greeted with an attitude by a server. She took my order and my food came back poorly. (Inserted pictures). I then asked comitia to please redo my wings with sauce she said they did and it was the same wings just more sauce when I asked her politely were they redid she said yes.
